COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT - IT ALL STARTS HERE!
One of the PMBOK knowledge areas is Communications Management, and with good reason! In this presentation, we'll discuss why Communications Management is critical for all the other PMBOK Project Management processes to be successful. We'll discuss the importance of communication planning and share some key steps in creating a successful communication plan. No discussion on the value of communication would be complete without sharing real life DOs and DON'Ts. This will be an interactive session, with ample opportunity for attendees to share from their own experiences.
