This webinar presents an approach to project management which capitalizes on the most appropriate elements of each method tailored to the specific project being undertaken. Each method, Waterfall and Agile, will be presented to highlight its particular strategy and strengths. Accessing the Meeting
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email. A few days prior to the event, you shall receive two reminder emails with each one containing a URL to participate. The subject for those emails will read: Reminder for the PMISSC Virtual Monthly Meeting. Please look out for it as the meeting link will be in large blue font.Once you receive the link, please click on it to ensure that it is working. Afterward, save the meeting link in a folder for easy access on the day of the event. For viewers using government laptops, please verify that you will have access (just click on the link). If your organization will not allow you access to the event, consider doing so from a private computer or your cell phone. To do so, simply download the Microsoft Teams application to that device. Be sure your email address is up to date. You can also use the MS Teams Browser version instead of the app for viewing the meeting.
