Topic Summary:Agile methods are becoming increasingly prevalent, and have facilitated projects in reducing time to market, being adaptive to changing customer requirements, and increasing value to customers and organizations. These benefits have been implemented in both IT and non-IT environments to help all types of projects. This webinar will present ways to leverage some Agile software development techniques and processes that can be readily incorporated into your projects to enable greater flexibility and higher productivity, while maintaining the traditional project lifecycle framework. The overall goal of the webinar is for you to be able to integrate appropriate Agile elements and/or techniques into any project in any environment.

Accessing the Meeting
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email. A few days prior to the event, you shall receive two reminder emails with each one containing a URL to participate. The subject for those emails will read: Join Our May Virtual Monthly Meeting.Please look out for it as the meeting link will be in large blue font in the message.
Once you receive the link, please click on it to ensure that it is working. Afterward, save the meeting link in a folder for easy access on the day of the event. For viewers using government laptops, please verify that you will have access (just click on the link).
If your organization will not allow you access to the event, consider doing so from a private computer or your cell phone. To do so, simply download the Microsoft Teams application to that device. Be sure your email address is up to date. You can also use the MS Teams Browser version instead of the app for viewing the meeting.

If you contact Programs after Sunday and before registration closes on Wednesday, you can request a transfer to another dinner meeting. There are no transfers or refunds for no-shows.
