The PMI Silver Spring Chapter Board of Directors has approved a draft of the proposed 2026 Chapter Bylaws and is now opening a member review period. This review is part of our commitment to strong governance, transparency, and ensuring our governing documents continue to support the Chapter's mission, strategic objectives, and alignment with PMI requirements.
📌 Why are revisions being proposed?
- Improve clarity and consistency within the bylaws.
- Incorporate governance and operational updates identified during the Board's annual review.
- Strengthen alignment with current Chapter practices and PMI requirements.
- Enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of Chapter leadership and operations.
Members are encouraged to review the proposed revisions and ask questions during the review period before the bylaws are presented for member vote.
