Who says project management is all Gantt charts and KPIs? At PMI Silver Spring Chapter, we believe project management can be fun too—and our recent trip to Audi Field proved just that! From exploring the inner workings of stadium operations to learning how large-scale events are coordinated from the ground up, our members got an exclusive peek into the real-time project planning and execution that keeps game day running smoothly.
